Phase I of Eldridge Oaks is a Class-A, LEED-Registered office tower that will be comprised of approximately 350,000 square feet of net rentable area in a fourteen-story tower with structured parking at a ratio of four spaces per 1000. Upon completion, the tower will be an exceptional development of sustainable design and energy-efficient features. The project will be unique to the rapidly growing market as it will become one of the "greenest" buildings in the entire city of Houston, complete with bike racks and showering facilities to take full advantage of Terry Hershey Park.
